Launched in March 2016, is a reimagined digital flagship that presents an immersive and interactive ecommerce experience that brings together superior product and engaging content to create a vibrant community.
Philanthropy is at the heart of the Rachel Roy brand and through Rachel's Kindness Is Always Fashionable initiative, artisans in developing countries can showcase their work and depend on sustainable employment that helps improve their lives and the lives of others.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DESIGN UNICORN! Are you a storyteller? Do you love all aspects of design? Do you do it all -- shoot (still & video), Photoshop, layouts, comps, logos, type treatment and do you do it extraordinarily well both online and offline?

Execute brand storytelling initiatives to deepen engagement with internal and external audiences through online and offline channels.

Execute visual narrative of through layout of emails, homepages, category & content pages throughout the site

Create and execute stories for existing and new product categories

Create packaging and branding details for existing and new product categories

Expert knowledge and work experience on Adobe products (Photoshop & Illustrator) and MAC platforms

MUST HAVE ability to work in fast-paced environment with aggressive deadlines and be able to juggle multi-projects flawlessly

Experience with working on back-end commerce platforms to design and upload content

Effective relationship building, communication (verbal and written), and presentation skills

Strong time management and organizational skills

Must love collaboration
