Customer Compliance Manager

Minimum 3 years experience researching and disputing customer chargebacks in the apparel industry. 

Responsible to receive all customer chargebacks, research the validity, dispute with the customer and/or pass on chargeback details to supplier. 

Will be part of a 2-3 person team dedicated to research compliance chargebacks related to shipping & EDI (separate department handles factory/social compliance). 

Must be an expert on customers’ vendor manuals regarding shipping & EDI for customers such as Macys, Charlotte Russe, Kohl’s, Target & Wal-Mart.
