ACCOUNT MANAGER

Roles & Responsibilities

This role of Account Manager creates a valuable bridge between Sales AND Production & Design teams.

Role Includes:

·         Account Meetings

o   Attend all Retail appointments where possible

o   Merchandise/Pull line together for specific account meetings

o   Be a part of meetings to see what is chosen/what edits need to be made

o   Request changes/CADs and manage completion

o   Go out for costing requests

o   Send out weekly best sellers

o   Book market appointments

 

·         Design Involvement

o   Works with design & CAD artist to update accounts requests

o   Collaborate with design on product development & any subsequent changes

 

·         Production Involvement

o   Works closely with each PM to ensure production is accurate & on time

o   Updates PM’s with any changes or call outs by accounts

 

·         Projections / Manage Inventory

o   Work with Production on fabrication/costing/delivery

o   Communicate to sales team weekly inventory

o   Chase sold out items/best sellers

           

·         Data Entry Involvement

o   Ensures orders are written correctly and CADS match retailers PO’s

o   Manages all PO’s to ensure all pertinent information is received & follow up on any subsequent amendments to these orders

·         Works well with all cross functional teams

·         Works well with all internal & external teams

·         Ability to enhance communication with our retail partners

·         Excellent problem solving skills

·         Strong understanding of customer service practices
